Christmas Morning Chez Moi
I hope you all have absolutely wonderful holidays! We had a great time down in LA with my sister and her future family. The weather has been a pretty consistent 65-70 degrees F, which is perfectly fine by me. We started our Christmas Eve celebrations with a little game playing, which included testing our wits in a great game called Bezzerwizzer.
We stuck some cookies in the oven for Santa and got all of our presents wrapped and under the tree. Then we called it an early night to ensure some good rest before checking out all the spoils Santa brought over night!
Before opening all of our gifts, we cooked up a batch of our special “Christmas Eggs”. This basically involves scrambled eggs with cheese, green onions, and crumbled bacon. Yum!
After filling our stomachs, we relocated to the living room to look at what surprises were waiting in our full stockings! All in all, we were all very happy with our gift exchanges. After all, the main gift given on Christmas is the time we get to spend together as a family!
Bouquet of the day: Festive Flowers
Today’s bouquet was made with bright red amaryllis, skimmia greenery and flowers, maroon chrysanthemums, and white alstroemeria.
Have a great day everyone!
